At The Liffey Forge all tables are hand crafted using a variety of native Irish hardwoods and unique metal design. Among the woods used are beech, oak, ash, elm, yew and walnut.
We use sustainable woods sourced in Co. Wicklow and recycled woods are also used whenever possible. Tables are hand sanded and finished to a very high standard.
As each piece of wood is completely unique, each table in turn takes on its own features and characteristics.
The wood is also oiled using high quality Danish oil which helps to nourish and protect the surface of the table top. This not only highlights the beautiful natural grain, but also makes for an incredibly hard wearing table.
Tables can be made to order to suit customers' specifications.
The coffee tables also feature a handy magazine rack underneath which is optional.
